By downloading or using The Pit you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
The Pit is a free metal and hard rock radio streaming app developed by Kiwi Code. We provide access to licensed third party radio streams. All streams featured in The Pit are used with permission from the respective station owners.
No account creation is required to use The Pit. The app automatically generates an anonymous ID to save your favourite stations. No personal information is collected or required. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to misuse the app, submit false station reports, or submit fraudulent station requests. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content that violates these terms.
The free version of The Pit contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. A paid option to permanently remove ads is available via in-app purchase.
The Pit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kiwi Code is not responsible for the availability, content, or continuity of third party radio streams. Stream availability may change without notice.
The Pit app, its design, and the Kiwi Code brand are the property of Kiwi Code. Radio station names, logos, and stream content remain the property of their respective owners.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
